ALERT: Due to inclement weather, Tuesday, Jan. 31 is a remote learning day.

Mr. Wilmes’s S.T.E.A.M. Art project explored the world of physics through color theory. Both students used alcohol inks and forced hot air to manipulate gravity and momentum in order to create gradients of color.
Students experimented with thinning down the inks viscosity, allowing chance and spontaneity to influence their decisions. Other considerations were the different types of paper and how the inks responded to each, and how energy and speed affected the results when forces collide.
